Custody

The custody of the website will begin from partially noncustodial time-lock tokens and multisig verification for updating parameters to completely noncustodial players. As with governance, after the time-lock-vault is completely empty, the custody will become more decentralized and go from partially noncustodial to completely noncustodial, where players have full control of all digital assets in the platform.
